RIVERSIDE THEATRE - IOWA CITY

Showing some new and old work at Riverside Theatre - it is up now until early October. The photographs and collages all focus on children and being a mother. Katie Roche and her daughter Stella are featured as well as Susan with the Red Tomato - aka Caroline Louise. My photographs are intended to compliment the production FEET FIRST IN THE WATER WITH A BABY IN MY TEETH - Written and Performed by Megan Gogerty; Directed by Alexis Chamow September 9 - October 2, 2011

Minneapolis Photo Center - PORTRAITS

Recent press in the Star Tribune and on Minnesota Public Radio about the show "Portraits" at the Minneapolis Photo Center. If only I could have been in two places at once. A crowd of 400-500 people were at the opening night reception. My portrait entitled "Susan with the Red Tomato, near Andrew, Iowa" was chosen to hang with 83 other portraits. David Little, photo curator at the Minnesota Institute of the Arts was the juror for the Photo Center's very first exhibition in the new space. The show is up through February 14th.

Susan and the Red Tomato, near Andrew, Iowa was chosen by David Little, MIA Curator of Photography and juror for the Portraits exhibition to be held from January 2nd through February 14th, 2010 at the Minneapolis Photo Center. The reception will be held January 8th, 2010 from 6-9 pm. There were over 1,500 entries submitted and David Little chose 79 images.
